Milt Toby, Attorney and Director of Equine Studies at Midway College will present information on becoming a non-profit organization at the upcoming session. Additionally Cindy Rullman who works in marketing and public relations at the Kentucky Horse Park will provide training on maximizing marketing opportunities. "Equine rescues are of vital importance to at risk horses in Kentucky," remarked Madelyn Millard, President of the Kentucky Horse Council. "We strive to support their mission by encouraging networking, resource sharing, and responsible horse stewardship." The meeting will conclude with a discussion of the AAEP Guidelines for Equine Rescue and Retirement Facilities. All Kentucky equine rescue organizations are invited to attend the 3 hour meeting at 1500 Bull Lea Rd, Lexington, Kentucky.
